If you are new to the auction there are a few rules that you need to know.


  • ALL ITEMS SOLD ARE  AS-IS/WHERE-IS WITH NO WARRANTIES AND/OR REFUNDS. THIS IS NOT A RETAIL STORE! 
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PREVIEW ALL ITEMS BEFORE YOU BID OR BUY! 
  • FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION, NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • YOU MUST PAY TEXAS SALES TAX UNLESS YOU FILL OUT A TEXAS RESALE TAX FORM BEFORE THE AUCTION!
  • 13% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SALES!
  • FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE CASH AND CREDIT CARD ONLY!
  • ALL THEFT AND TAG TAMPERING WILL BE PROSECUTED WITH THE HARRIS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY!
  • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING!
  • NO WILD OR UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING!  YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT THEY BREAK!
  • INDEPENDENT DELIVERY COMPANIES ARE AT EVERY AUCTION FOR HIRE.  THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH GREG MAJORS AUCTIONS THEREFORE GREG MAJORS AUCTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CONTRACT WITH THE INDEPENDENT DELIVERY COMPANIES.
  • WE WILL HELP YOU LOCATE YOUR ITEMS AND GET THEM TO YOUR TRUCK OR CAR BUT, WE WILL NOT LOAD YOUR VEHICLE!  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE!
  • PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PACKING BLANKETS, ROPE TIE DOWNS.  PLEASE DO NOT STEAL OUR DOLLIES AND BLANKETS!!
